Paediatrician, Neonatologist at Emma Children’s Hospital, Amsterdam UMC. Tessa worked as a clinician in Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre, Malawi and conducted research in collaboration with Malawi-Liverpool-Wellcome Trust (MLW). Her research focuses on neonatal sepsis and antibiotic stewardship. She is a lecturer at the Netherlands Course on Global Health and Tropical Medicine (NTC) and certified instructor of Neonatal Life Support.
